Nine sprinkler and drip repairs Landon finished between August 7 and October 10, 2026, each with his own notes, the photos he took that day and what the customer paid. The totals ran from $81.02 to $750. The median job was $150, and 5 of the nine came in at $150 or less. No service-call fee applies, per Landon's standing $0 service-call policy.
| Date | City | Problem | What was done | Total |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Hurst | One head kept leaking. | Replaced the failing valve with a new Hunter valve, then ran and adjusted the system. | $81.02 | |
| Keller | The system hadn't been run through in a while. One head was broken and several sat too low. | Ran every zone, fixed the broken head, raised the low heads, set run times per zone and a schedule. | $85.00 | |
| Keller | A broken irrigation pipe. Water to the whole house had to be shut off. | Repaired the pipe and replaced the valve. Water was back on the day it broke. | $110.00 | |
| Grapevine | A list: a head to add, a head to move, two broken lines, pop-ups that needed to be shrub heads, nozzles to replace. | All of it, in 5½ hours of work. | $536.21 | |
| North Richland Hills | Dry spots and yellow grass for years. The owner was hand-watering. Bad heads, flooding, heads too low. | Added and trenched in a new head, new nozzles, raised heads, adjusted run time and frequency. | $450.00 | |
| North Richland Hills | A leak too small to find. The whole system had been turned off because of it. | Spotted a greener patch by a valve, let the water run a day until the valve box filled, then replaced the broken fittings. | $150.00 | |
| Keller | Fifteen heads too low, a broken pipe, nozzles that needed replacing. | Raised all fifteen, adjusted the spray patterns, replaced nozzles, fixed the leaking pipe. | $330.00 | |
| Southlake | A drip zone so patched by previous repairs it was a mess of random lines, and the beds were poorly watered. | Pulled the old lines and ran a new valve and new drip line to the beds around the front of the house. | $750.00 | |
| North Richland Hills | A leaking pipe, and several heads low or broken, leaving poor coverage. | Repaired the pipe and moved a head to improve coverage. | $120.00 |

Grapevine
Outside the six cities Landon lists, so call to ask. One long job here: 5½ hours of work on a list of repairs.
Why these are published
Plenty of irrigation companies say their prices are fair. A list of real jobs with the real totals is easier to check. Each record comes from Landon's notes and photos, and Clarion Studio, which builds this site, writes them up. Customer names and addresses are left out, and location data is stripped from every photo.
Totals are what Landon recorded for each job. Your job will be quoted on its own: $75 an hour for labor plus parts, with no service-call fee.
